Great customer service. I went for an oil change and they realized my tire was low due to a nail being stuck. Rashid was very nice and took care of it for me even though I didn't go with enough cash. I was very pleased with my first visit.

I called three brothers early this morning to see if they could get me in for an inspection. They were not open yet and I hung up after the phone rang a few times. When they opened a little while later they actually called me back! I thought that was great customer service. Not only did they tell me to come right down for my inspection but I did not have to leave my car as you have to at many places. When I got down there I decided I wanted an oil change as well and they did that with no problem. I was in and out in about a half an hour! I have used them in the past a few times and had equally good experiences. While I waited today the gentleman at the front desk made Pleasant conversation as well. Some auto repair places make women feel uncomfortable or out of place. I did not feel that way here.

I've been coming to 3 brothers for a couple of years now. I used to bring my Acura in and now I bring my Jeep. Great, and super fast service. Also a very honest business. They overcharged me for an oil change once.. hours later they called me back to apologize and reimbursed me. Highly recommend 3 brothers!
